So that we can give you a useful answer on the very first contact, three things help.

What legal form the business has. A Portuguese Lda or SA, or a sole trader working in your own name.
Where you are in the process. You are about to set the company up, you are already trading, or you want to change accountant.
What you need. Full accounting, payroll only, one-off tax support or ongoing management advice.
