Who handles your data
The data controller is Best Account, Contabilidade & Gestão S.A., registered at Avenida Conselheiro Fernando Sousa, nº 19, 11º Dto, 1070-072 Lisboa, Portugal.
For anything concerning your data, write to [email protected] or call +351 217 711 540.
What we collect
We only collect data in two situations.
- When you contact us
- Your name, whichever contact detail you give us, and whatever you write, by email, telephone or WhatsApp. This is information you hand us yourself so that we can reply.
- When you browse the site
- Aggregated usage data, such as pages viewed and where the visit came from. This is only collected if you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, you browse normally and nothing is stored on your device.
What we use it for
- Answering enquiries and requests for a quote.
- Providing and following up the services you engage us for.
- Understanding which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
- Meeting the legal obligations the company is subject to.
On what legal basis
Replying to you and delivering the service rest on performance of the contract or on steps taken before entering into one. Site analytics rests on your consent, which you may withdraw whenever you wish. Meeting accounting and tax obligations rests on legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data to anyone. Some third party services process data on our behalf, or receive data when you use them.
- Cloudflare
- Hosting and delivery of the site.
- Google Analytics
- Usage statistics, only with your consent.
- Google Maps and YouTube
- Map and film, loaded only after you press the button. Until you do, Google receives nothing from this site.
- If you start a conversation there, that service's own policy applies as well.
- Google Forms
- Job and franchising applications reach us through a Google form. Whatever you write there travels to us through that service.
For how long
Contact details stay with us for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period the law requires us to keep them, chiefly in accounting and tax matters. After that they are deleted. Site usage statistics are kept in aggregated form.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, correction of anything wrong, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. You may also withdraw consent you have given, without affecting what was done before.
Write to [email protected]. We reply within the legal deadline. If you believe we have not resolved the matter, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at cnpd.pt.
